THE RECIPE:
Banana layer:
1/2 banana
2 tbs walnuts
1 date
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash salt ----> purree
Blueberry layer:
handful of blueberries
squirt of agave ----> purree
Layer in a small bowl or glass. Use a knife to draw lines down the sides of the dish, letting the top blueberry layer dip down into the banana layer for a pretty effect. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
